Support Seacoast Harvest 2010!
Over the past several years, we know many of you have come to depend on Seacoast Harvest as your go-to source for comprehensive information on sources of local food. What started four years ago as a double-folded, black-and-white guide on a single large sheet of paper is now a useful, easy-to-read, and beautiful four-color guide to local meats, produce, fish, honey, eggs, seedlings, produce, dairy, beverages, and much more.
The guide is created each year by a group of volunteers who work closely with farmers and food producers to verify hours, availability, and practices used. By directing consumers to sources of food they might not have otherwise discovered, the guide helps support small-scale agriculture and builds our local food capacity each year.
Once again, Seacoast Harvest is reaching out to its community for support. Can you make a donation to help cover printing and distribution costs for this important resource? We hope so! Please see the donation link at Seacoast Eat Local for more information and a way to donate online. And thank you for your help!
