Slow Fish Festival March 22
Celebrate Sustainable Fisheries!
Slow Food Seacoast in partnership with Slow Fish North America and Throwback Brewery, presents a day of fish-themed tastings, activities and workshops. It’s Fishtival time! Bring the whole family and experience the taste of the sea prepared by some of the Seacoast’s top chefs. Tasting include both food and beverage selections; full pours and meals available in the restaurant.
Get educated! In addition to tastings, chefs will be offering workshops focused on seafood preparation and several area organizations will be sharing learning activities. A series of mini-talks co-mingled with music will be happening throughout the afternoon.
Tickets are $20/ adult, $15 Youth and children 12 and under are free. Interactive workshops are an additional investment of $25.
Please be aware that many of the activities are outside under tents so be prepared with proper footwear and weather appropriate clothing!

The Slow Fish Festival is the culminating event of a 4-day Slow Fish North America conference being held at the University of New Hampshire. The Slow Fish 2020 conference will bring together fish harvesters, chefs, scientists, youth, and seafood eaters from around the country to connect, celebrate, and advance our shared values of good, clean, and fair seafood for all.
