Join Erik Wochholz, Curator of Historic Landscapes at Strawbery Banke Museum, to learn about heritage seed saving and the Piscataqua Seed Project.

The workshop will include a tour of some of the historic gardens and discussions on both the importance of and the science behind growing out heirloom seed. This will be followed by hands on activities in the garden that will demonstrate the art of collecting, winnowing, and storing heirloom seed for the following season.

COST: Suggested donation of $5-20, payable at the event.

We will be meeting at Stoodley’s Tavern, 17 Hancock St., across from the museum/parking lot. Parking in the museum lot is available after 5pm for free.
