Slow Food Seacoast, in collaboration with Piscataqua Seed Project, is excited to once again offer an afternoon of seed saving at the Heirloom Harvest Project garden, located at Tuckaway Farm in Lee NH. HHP Gardener Harvin Groft  will lead the hands-on workshop of seed saving techniques including collecting, sorting and cleaning. Learn proper labeling and storage methods as well. Join in a collaborative afternoon and help prepare seed for the next growing season!

Activities begin at 2 pm. The afternoon includes a garden tour and concludes with a shared potluck meal at 5 pm. All are welcome to this family-friendly, rain or shine, event. This workshop is free; donations to our seed library fund are greatly appreciated.
