Cook with the Whole Fish: Urban Homesteader Workshop
Cooking the Whole Fish is part of our Urban Homesteader Workshop Series for Summer 2017. Designed for the person who wishes to take advantage of fresh local food, Urban Homesteader Workshops teach you the skills you need to can, process, preserve and cook whatever is fresh from your garden, farmer or fisherman.
Amanda Parks, owner of New England Fishmongers, will guide you through the steps of filleting and cooking locally, sustainably caught fish. We will be working with the Catch of the Day – whatever the fishermen are bringing in that week. Each participant will have their own fish to work with.
