Join Executive Chef Brendan Levin to learn All About the Fish on Wednesday, March 18. from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Lure Bar + Kitchen in Portsmouth. During this interactive class, Chef Brendan and General Manager Meredith Mineo will share their knowledge about selecting, sourcing, storing, prepping and preparing fish, both raw and cooked, all while serving up a tasty meal.
The small class format of a dozen people gives everyone the chance to participate and enjoy the evening in a more meaningful way. Questions and conversations are highly encouraged as your participation creates an even better learning experience. The exact menu will be determined by what is fresh and in season that week.

Every Wednesday, Lure hosts special events including pairings, guest chef pop-ups, special off-menus, and cooking & cocktail classes and at least one Wednesday a month is dedicated to supporting a local non-profit.
